How To Heal Relationships With Compassion & Forgiveness

Let’s explore together how to heal relationships with compassion and forgiveness.

Let’s first take a look at compassion. What is compassion?

Compassion is the ability to empathize with others.

To put yourself in the shoes of somebody else.

We can realize that we are one human family.

We are all connected.

We all feel the same emotions.

As humans, we all experience the same frustrations and we all desire to improve our lives.

To love and be loved.

We all wish to experience the best that life has to offer.

And we are all on a similar path seeking fulfilment.

We are One.

Compassion is the understanding that we are all unique expressions of the One Infinite Creator

We are all on our unique Soul’s path with our own unique complexities.

We have all had a different upbringing with certain programmed beliefs and have all been exposed to different experiences in our lives.

So, we each have our own way of handling our experience.

Compassion is the realisation and understanding that people are only behaving in ways according to their up-to-date programming and belief systems.

In some ways, we can consider that much behaviour is somewhat involuntary and not always within our control.

Sometimes, there is just the play of energies between people and we often don’t realise that it’s a ‘battle of programs’ playing out.

We can argue, walk away, and then wonder what the hell just happened?

So, Compassion is the understanding that we, as Soul’s are having a unique experience in a human body, with it’s own set of conditions.

When we understand that everyone is having their own challenges and trying to do the best they can, we can be compassionate to where they are coming from.

Compassion, coupled with forgiveness, frees you from built up resentment and anger.

If you carry past hurts without forgiveness, all you do is hurt yourself.

You block your own potential for expansion and unlimited experience when you harbour resentment.

Forgiving our past relationships frees up any emotional baggage that you no longer need carry.

Forgiveness and compassion for all those involved frees everyone, it’s a win-win for all.

We have to be careful not to ‘box’ people, and come to an awareness that so many things can be going on that we don’t know, within a person.

We have a choice to how we respond to situations and people.

You are always creating in this moment, right now.

You are a powerful creator! How do you use that power?

Forgive yourself and others so that you are free to move forward in your life.

Forgiveness and compassion bring peace.

Each day is a new day, a new dawn.

Every day is a new opportunity to move forward in a lighter way.

We don’t have to hold on to the past and repeat limiting patterns in new relationships.

It’s up to us do our own healing work.

Everyone that comes to us is a teacher/mirror so we can see where we are holding limiting beliefs.

Having compassion and forgiveness in our hearts, will always clear the old, and make way for the new to emerge.

Through compassion and forgiveness, we not only heal ourselves, but set others free to do their own healing too.

Compassion and Forgiveness are the keys to freedom within our hearts.
