Law of Attraction & Turning Thoughts Into Things

Have you ever wondered about Law Of Attraction and if it really works?

Would you like to know how to apply it and try it out for yourself?

Let me share with you why you might want to take notice of Law of Attraction and change your thinking so that you can make positive changes in your life, starting today.

To start, I’d like you to think about all the things that have been created in the world e.g houses, businesses, the billions of products we have, things in your home, appliances, food etc.

Now, I’d like you to think back to a time before these things were here in our experience.

And now I’d like you to think about where the ideas for these things to be created/produced started?

Stop for a moment and ponder….. Everything that is known to you as a physical tangible thing in our world, was first born inside someone’s head. Everything that has come into existence ie known to our senses, started as an idea or inspired thought/desire to create. Can you agree with this? Good.

Now, think about the things that you have in your home today. Take a good look around the room you are in right now, if you are at home reading this, and if not, do it later.

Before you got the things you have, you had a desire for these things or you thought about these things, right? So, do you see that they were all your ideas and thoughts before you had them manifest in your experience? The home you are living in.

At some point in the past, you had an ‘idea’ or ‘desire’ to move home. Or, you had a desire for a type of car. You took some action and then you got the car. There is the proof that your thoughts create your reality!

Everything is FIRST an idea or thought before it comes into creation.

Now, you don’t even have to believe in a higher power to get to grasps with the nature of how creation works. It IS IN YOUR EXPERIENCE, as fact.

Whether you admit it or not, whether it can be proven or not, which it can now. Look into quantum physics and you will find that scientists are discovering that consciousness creates matter/ideas etc.

Consciousness is the source of it all, meaning that your mind and thinking are the fuel for creating matter ie the physical appearance and experiences that show up in your life.

This is the basic of Law of Attraction teachings. They teach you to understand that you are the creator and that you have the power to shape your life with your thoughts and emotions.

So, what are you thinking/feeling today? What signal are you emitting to the universe? You will get back what you give out.

It is an energetic/vibrational universe.

Things begin in the non physical realms first, then they are transferred into the physical. Much like one of those coffee dispensing machines. Everything is silent, only the idea of coffee exists. You press the button to select the coffee and then a cup is dispensed and filled with water, milk and coffee. Et voila, coffee!

First there is the space for desire to be born, then comes the means for the tangible expression of the realised desire.

Thought is a intangible form of energy. It has the ability to shape matter, literally around you and before your very eyes. It happens quicker if you believe that it is possible or make it conscious. Otherwise you continue to create unconsciously with your inner most held beliefs and assumptions. Why not awaken to the fact that you have this ability to create your hearts desires instead?

To put this creation process into practise, you can start thinking thoughts that will manifest a life that is in alignment with your highest desires.

Seems too good to be true?

Yes, it can seem that way at first, until you start delving into it and begin to experience it for yourself.

You see, the world of ‘things’ around you exists in vibrational essence first, ie as an idea/desire.

You have the ability to create through intention/thought/desire.

Think about how creative our civilisation is?

From the first beginnings of creating tools to make fire, to the more advanced technologies of today. We created it!

Isn’t it amazing that we have the power to basically create anything we can imagine? Anything that improves our experience in this physical world or provides comfort and convenience e.g cars

So now you know that it’s actually possible to shape matter and create your world with your thoughts, desires and imagination, you can use it wisely for the highest good of all.

There is only one rule, and that is, only create with good intentions that does not infringe on another’s freewill. Remember you will always reap what you sow!

We are all one in this world together. Always be aware of what you are thinking and never think ill of another. We all came from one source but each one of us is here to create something wonderful for our lives, and ideally for the benefit of all. Remember to share!

Initially, we are service to self oriented and so we want to accumulate. As we mature, we can create in ways that benefit all.

By sharing our passions/vision for the highest good of all, we can be the change we wish to see in the world and be of service to our fellow beings.

So, if you want to change your life, start by changing your thoughts! Choose wisely.

Notice where you assume lack in your life. Where do you judge yourself or others? What parts of yourself require forgiveness and love?

Know that you are absolutely worthy to receive your good and true hearts desire.

Yes, there will be challenges, but you can change the way you think about what shows up. This will greatly change what you attract into your experience, and how you react to what is happening now.

Always be kind to yourself and love yourself unconditionally, just as the Universe does!

You are deserving of a wonderful life with the highest of what you can imagine for yourself.

Having this abundance mind set will also inpsire and help all of us to remember that we also are worthy. Become the best version of you, believing abundance is possible for all.

We humans all basically want the same things;- love, warmth, companionship, a comfortable home, purpose in our work/contribution, wellbeing, financial abundance. We are all deserving of achieving our goals/dreams and contributing something of value and benefit for all.

We are one.

Whilst we presently live in a society where we use money as an exchange for the goods and services we need to live/thrive, new systems will eventually be put in place.

Money is presently a symbol we use to exchange energy i.e pay for something someone has created or some kind of service. It is an exchange for goods/services. It is a cyclic system to repesent a flow of energy given or received. That’s all money is. Learning to appreciate what money represents and having gratitude for its back and forth flow is said to increase it’s yield.

If you wish to start putting LoA to work for you, start by catching yourself when you think of or believe in lack. Start replacing ‘lack’ thoughts with thoughts of abundance and all being well.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a process.

Start with worthiness and know that you deserve to be the person you wish to be and to enjoy experiences that resonate with you and help you expand.

You are unique and everyone has different desires depending on their purpose in being here.

Tune in and ask yourself what you wish to create and experience that is for your highest good?

Since everything is energy, I recommend you ‘feed’ your mind (or replace the lack programming) with thoughts of abundance on a daily basis.

Nourish your mind with inspiring material that affirms ideas of abundance and confidence.

Get to know yourself and unlearn the social conditioning of lack assumptions that may have come from your parents, teachers etc.

It is always helpful and supportive to find inspiration that is in tune with your goals and visions.

Make a detailed list of what you wish to create for yourself in your life.
Is there a calling you wish to unveil or become more aligned with?
What is it?

Who are you? And what did you come here to do and create?

You might want to get a notebook and write daily activities/ideas and quotes that are inspiring and will support this new attitude of abundance and purposeful living.

Gratitude for what you have now will attract more to be grateful for!

What are you grateful for?

Gratitude generates amazing ‘feel good’ energy that increases your vibration/energy, and will make you glow when you take it on board to practise everyday.

Start to notice the things or people around you that you are grateful for or appreciate e.g pets, spouse, the tree in your garden, your car, the food on your table tonight. The more you notice abundance in your life, the more it will increase.

See it! Feel it! Believe it!

You get more of what you focus on. Use your energy of attention wisely.   Attention gives more energy to what it is paying attention to.

Be grateful for your body, your smile, your teeth etc.
Increasing the ‘noticing’ of abundance in all areas of your life, multiplies the supply!

Keep smiling, be grateful.
Enjoy your life and what is given to you.

Don’t be complacent, keep gratitude alive! It creates a feeling of abundance.

The more gratitude you feel everyday, the more it shall bring to you to be grateful for.

Wishing you all the abundance, love and light.

My ebook Tune Into Bliss is about empowering ourselves to live abundant and purposeful lives and talks about how we can detach from limiting beliefs.

Compassionate Dietary Choices – Health & Animals

My reasons for eating vegan were not originally about the animals.  It was more for health reasons.  I had come across David Wolfe (The Sunfood Diet Success System), and his research seemed to support a raw plant-based diet as the the healthiest choice.  The fact that I had  been macrobiotic for a few years and was feeling a bit down and heavy may have had something to do with it as well.  So, when I came across David’s book, it was like a breath of fresh air!

And so it began.  It wasn’t just about being vegan, it was ‘raw’ vegan.  This strange new path that I was about to get on board with.  I did it for 13 years.  100% raw or certainly ‘uncooked’ to the best of my knowledge.  No cooked food, no processed food, hell, not even a bag of crisps!   It was tough.  My body didn’t know what had happened.  I began to lose weight.  I was following mainly a fruit diet to start with and it just wasn’t feeling very good after some time.

Thankfully, after a few years of not getting the results I had expected, I came across Gabriel Cousens and his wonderful book ‘Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine’.  This book made sense and it covered a lot to do with tailoring a raw food diet on an individual basis and applying it in a balanced way.  Cousen’s recommended a mineral rich, low sweet approach which was refreshing after all the fruit sugars I had been consuming.

Cousens went into the scientifics of cellular metabolism and how cancer and candida growth are perpetuated by sugar and the SAD  (standard american diet).  Dr Cousen’s had over 30 years experience with a raw food diet and had also helped many people heal themselves at his rejuvenation center, following an ‘individuated’ raw plant based diet.

After a few months of following the diet that Cousen’s recommended, I saw results!  I finally felt healthy, had lots of energy and the way of eating was far more enjoyable with the inclusion of salty condiments/spices/oils and it all felt more ‘normal’ to me.  Being low on salt doesn’t work for everyone!   So, now my diet included a more raw ‘gourmet’ style of eating, including raw crackers, cookies, nut milks, salad dressings, spicy falafels and RAW CHOCOLATE!!!  Annnnd, I had worked out how my air/water constitution could best be balanced through tailored food preparation.

So, this became more of the norm and I started enjoying the plant based diet.  I began writing recipe books, and offering some low GI sweets by mail order.  It was all rosy.

And then it happened……….!

One day, I heard the pitter patter of tiny webbed feet on the outside window ledge and I looked up to see Mr Woody, the resident wood pigeon (he was a regular visitor!)  Yet something was different.  When I looked at him, I felt him as though he was part of me.  The sense of connection was so real to me, so amazing, and I knew in that moment ‘We Are All One’.  (The realisation inspired a song I entitled ‘All As One’)  I will never forget that moment.  It was the moment I became aware of my deep sense of connection with other living non-human beings.

I have always loved animals.  It wasn’t as though this was the first time I was appreciating them.  But there was something about that memory, that moment, that was pivotal in my committment to appreciating, empathically connecting with and respecting animals.  It was the day I was vegan not just for health, but absolutely for the animals too.

And so fast forward, blah de blah, to the present!  My own journey into dietary exploration in the first place was also from a place of seeking balance withing myself, mentally and emotionally.   Even though I had already had a blissful experience that was way beyond ‘chemistry’, still, I undertook this experimental path to learn more about myself in relation to food and to observe the subtle effects on my mind and emotions.

I have always been on a spiritual journey seeking the higher truths of existence.  Wondering what the purpose of our existence/creation is.  Moving towards eating a plant based diet has been a part of that evolution on the path of self-realization for me.   I feel that as we awaken to the best in ourselves, we will also naturally come to respect that all living beings are also here for an individual experience, as part of their species evolution.  I feel that since, we can make big changes that affect those lives, we have a responsibility to be guardians of peace and safety to support the fulfillment of their purpose too.  And as we do so, we are accelerating our own conscious development in the process.

When I look at an ‘animal’, it is simply a reflection/expression of the Divine or Source, or Infinite Intelligence, or however you wish to put it.  It is consicousness looking back at consciousness.  And I wish to say,
‘Namaste: I bow to the Divine In You’. ~ Anabrese

And that is how I see the beings known as ‘animals’.  In the film Avatar, do you remember the part where the female character says ‘I see you’?  It is the moment of recognizing the Beloved in another, the raw infinite intelligence in all.

I see you

If we are to be consciously intelligent awake/loving human beings, surely the qualities to develop include compassion and respect for all of the Creator’s Creations?   If we are all One, then can we live like that through our choices, with our dollars?  We can vote for love, compassion and respect for all.  We have that power, YOU have that power……today.   I trust you will use it well.

I looked, and behold, I saw that ‘It’ was me ~ Anabrese

Fur Friends Moving On – Lessons in The Eternal Now

Fur baby Mocha
Fur baby Willow

And so it was that my dear fur friend Mocha, transitioned last Sunday, exactly one week ago now.   I had been nursing her for around 6 weeks, making special food, helping her wash, even wheel barrowing her around for some physical movement (holding up the back tumour that was preventing her use her legs)  Such is the way for many pet rats.

Mocha had already had 2 lump removals Jan/Feb, which had given her extra time with her friends over the last 8 months.  She would have been 3 years of age next month which is a good age for a rat.

I had been talking to a friend about euthanasia, as this had been my dilemna the whole time, thinking ‘was it kinder to let her go?’, to aid  her transition, but every time, it just didn’t feel the right thing to do.  And so, I delayed.  However, last Sunday, for the first time, Mocha wouldn’t eat and I knew she was very close.  At around 7pm  I sat down to watch ‘What Dreams May Come,’ a film about the afterlife.

As the film got to the part where the spirit of the husband made his wife write down the words ‘I still exist‘ – Mocha literally took a couple of stretches and took leave of her body.  It turned out that a friend I hadn’t been in touch with awhile had also had her rat girl Willow transition exactly one hour earlier than Mocha.  I had felt moved to get in touch just the next day and she told me about her little Willow.

Around 4 days later, I met Mocha in the dream world.  There appeared a mass of living material, sort of dome shaped, around the size of a tennis ball.  There was something inside of it that was trying to move forward but it couldn’t with this mass on top of it.  I lifted it up, and there was Mocha!  I exclaimed in surprise, ‘Mocha’!  And there was my little friend!  She was slim, able to move and without any lumps!  Fully healed.  I lifted her up close to me and that is all I can remember.

This is not uncommon in my experience.  To receive some sort of communication from one of my beloved rat friends after they have crossed the threshold of this physical world.  Some may say it was my subconscious but I know that there is connection with Spirit.  It has been in my experience too often to suggest otherwise.

So, I just wanted to share my little story with you.  And maybe it will bring some comfort to those who have lost their furry friend recently.

I do very much feel that they go on and these dreams of them appearing whole and healed, are because they have been (healed), restored to full health in that other space/dimsension.  I saw my mother there as well and she was youthful and vibrant looking, and she even made a joke about how good she was looking!

This physical world is only one reality, but we are  connected to all timelines of existence, whether physical or non physical.  Connection and communication therefore with our loved ones who have shifted their consciousness to the non physical, seems completely viable and possible if we are but open to it.

Cheap and Cheerful Health Drink – Green Smoothie

I recently bought a Berg Blender to get back into making massive amount of smoothie to share with friends and family.   I had been using a Kenwood 2 go smoothie maker for the last year or so, which was actually quite good for the job and very economical.  But since I had had a vitamix in the past, I was ready to treat myself to a crazily high powered blender again and one that could handle making nuts butters and icecream.

Berg 1500W

The Berg high powered blender can handle making nut butter, ice cream, chopping up veggies, crushing ice and is good for making raw soups, something I was in the habit of doing some years ago!

The Berg is a fraction of the price of the vitamix at just over £100 at the time of writing, and according to many reviews, it has the same functionality as the Vitamix.  They weren’t wrong!  It also comes with a 7 year warranty!

Vitamix Total Nutrition Center

So, today, after being on soup for a week to recover from a cold, I took the first step at making a green smoothie with the Berg.   And boy, did it perform!  It’s actually pretty smooth and quiet compared to the Vitamix for making smoothies, and I only had to ‘pulse’ it a few times for a super smooth drink.  The ingredients were pretty easy for it to mulch up so it produced a beautifully textured smoothie in no time!

My green drink

2  large handfuls of spinach

4-5 strawberries

2 bananas

drop of vanilla essence

pinch of sea salt

cup of water

I used the ‘smoothie’ pulse button and the machine blended it all up to smooth perfection.  It was yummy too!

A daily green smoothie is very cheap to incorporate into one’s daily diet.  And even if you only had one glass a day, you would be ‘nutritional miles’ ahead.

Kenwood Smoothie 2 Go

Ready to give it a go?   Try a daily green smoothie and see how you feel?  And, you don’t have to invest in a high powered blender like the Berg.  You can start with something simple like the Kenwood Smoothie 2 Go.    I wanted the Berg as I could make more volume and I plan to keep extra in the fridge.   I also desired the increased funcionality  for making nut butters and ice cream.  It is also considered a commercial blender which means it can handle frequent use, such as at classes etc.

Let me know how you get on with the smoothie and feel free to share your favourite smoothie recipe in the comments below.
